Quartz is a silicon dioxide mineral (SiO2). The following pages show different types of quartz crystals that can be found at the Diamond Hill Mine. Many of these crystals have various shades of iron and manganese coatings on the exterior and interior of the crystals. Some show unique crystal habit.
